Born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, Grant attended college at Louisiana State University and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree with a concentration in Graphic Design and Illustration. Grant began his career with BETA Land Services in 2013 and has gained a vast amount of experience working in multiple states across the U.S. including: Wyoming, Colorado, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Pennsylvania and North Dakota. Grant has been involved with and led multiple projects totaling more than $20 Billion in acquisitions, covering Due Diligence, Carbon Capture,Large Scale Solar Array Acquisition, lease negotiation, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and the Asset Management of mineral acquisition across the United States, both onshore and offshore. Grant is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) and the Lafayette Association of Professional Landmen (LAPL). He specializes in Due Diligence Acquisition Projects, Lease and Right of Way Acquisition, Carbon Capture, and Battery Energy Storage System Agreement Acquisition. Grant prides himself on the long-lasting and strong relationships he has built and maintained with both his clients and landowners throughout his time at BETA Land Services.
