Managing BETA’s Houston operations, Eric L. Falls has been focused on diligence, title, lease acquisition and land management systems for clients around the country since 2008.
Eric has utilized his energy industry experience domestically and internationally for over a decade, providing accuracy and quality work within strict deadlines. His land expertise ranges from title research, title abstracting, negotiations for solar and wind agreements, to offshore and onshore due diligence, lease acquisition and team management. Eric has headed a multitude of projects in various locations including but not limited to: Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Illinois, Indiana and Pennsylvania. His commitment to The BETA Way is visible in all aspects of his work as well as his passion for the industry. He is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL).
